1. What we collect

• Your account: business name, trade, business phone, email address and a hashed password.
• What you enter: quotes, line items, notes and bookings, including your customers' names and phone numbers.
• Customer actions: whether a quote was approved or declined, and when.
• Billing: your subscription status and a Stripe customer ID. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us.

We use one sign-in cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising trackers or session-recording tools, and we do not sell personal information.

2. How we use it

To run QuickQuote: show your quotes to the customers you send them to, send quote links by text message and password-reset emails, keep your schedule, and manage your subscription.

3. Who processes it

Our hosting and database providers store the data; Stripe processes payments; a text-message provider delivers quote links; an email provider delivers password-reset emails. They process data only to provide these services.

4. Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is open. To delete your account and data, or to ask what we hold, contact us below. Stripe keeps its own payment records as required by law.

5. Children

QuickQuote is a business tool for adults. You must be 18 or older to create an account, and the Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
