Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use QuickQuote at tryquickquote.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who can use QuickQuote

QuickQuote is a business tool for contractors and service businesses. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us (see Contact below) and we will delete it.

2. Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the quotes, prices and bookings you create.

3. Subscription, free trial and automatic renewal

• Price: QuickQuote costs $29 per month (plus any applicable taxes shown at checkout).
• Free trial: when you start your subscription at checkout you add a payment card and get a 14-day free trial. Your first $29 charge happens when the trial ends, 14 days after checkout.
• Automatic renewal: after the trial, your subscription renews automatically every month and your card is charged $29 each month until you cancel.
• How to cancel: cancel online any time. Log in, open Billing and choose Manage subscription, then cancel. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged. If you cancel after a charge, you keep access until the end of the month you paid for and are not charged again.
• Refunds: charges already made are not refunded for partial months, except where the law requires otherwise.
• Price changes: we will tell you before any price change takes effect, and you can cancel before it applies.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use QuickQuote to break the law, send spam, or send texts or quotes to people who have not asked to hear from you. You are responsible for having permission to contact your customers at the phone numbers you enter. Do not enter or send content that infringes someone else's rights.

5. Your content

You own the business information, quotes and customer details you enter. You give us permission to store and display them only as needed to run the Service (for example, showing a quote to the customer you sent it to).

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost jobs, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can stop using the Service and cancel at any time.
